Serna-Grey unexpectedly during christmastime 2019 I ended up having to put down my beloved dog Tara. the compulsory positivity around surrounding me at the time ended up just making everything worse, and while at home I stumbled across this album and found immense comfort in music that was as somber, mixed up, and complicated as I needed then. my heart is still broken, and I'm glad I found this record that perfectly encapsulates how conflicted everything felt during that time. Favorite track: Breathing Slow ft. Grace Robinson.
